Who we are
Nesaku provides technology consulting, implementation, managed systems, and assistant services. This policy explains how Nesaku handles personal information. Questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
Depending on how you work with us, we may collect:
- contact details and messages you submit through our website or send to us directly;
- account, billing, and service information needed to provide and support contracted work;
- limited technical, security, and privacy-conscious website analytics data; and
- information you explicitly authorise a connected service or managed assistant to access.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, the assistant may access the Google services and data covered by the permissions you approve. This can include Gmail messages and metadata, Calendar events, Drive files, Google Docs and Sheets, and contact information. We use this access only to provide the features and actions you request, maintain the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Nesaku's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
How information is used
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, secure, and improve the services you ask us to manage;
- authenticate connections and carry out actions you request;
- communicate about support, service changes, billing, and security;
- diagnose faults, keep appropriate operational records, and prevent misuse; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
Service providers and AI processing
We use infrastructure, communications, analytics, security, and software providers to operate our services. When an assistant needs to interpret information or perform a requested action, the minimum relevant content may be processed by the AI model or API provider configured for that assistant. Providers may process data only for delivering their service to us and are subject to their own security and data-processing terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or systems from harm, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by service and contract. You can ask us to delete personal information and connected-service data by emailing [email protected]. We will complete eligible requests within a reasonable period and confirm when the work is finished.
Your choices
You can disconnect a Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing where applicable.
Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards intended to protect information. No system is completely secure. Our providers and systems may process information in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards where required.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
