    The result should be right, not merely done. That applies whether your work is technical, visual, operational, or commercial.

There may not be a perfect description.

You are comfortable with ambiguity, you care about the quality of the result, and you do not need a tightly defined box around your contribution.

That could mean software engineering, design, creative direction, marketing, or something else.
