Automation, where it earns its place

We automate the work a system should be doing, and leave the rest alone. Automation is a means, not the goal.

We look at the tools already in place, then remove the handoffs that force people to copy, chase, reconcile, or remember. The aim is simple: information should move once, in the right direction, with clear ownership when something changes.

For project work, we still design for what happens after delivery. The handover is part of the job: what was built, why it was built that way, and what should happen next.

The useful starting point is not a technical brief. Tell us what is happening in the business, what is slowing people down, and what has already been tried. We will map the situation, decide whether this is the right service, and explain the next move plainly.
